1995 WISCONSIN ACT 137

An Act to create 144.42 (5) (i) of the statutes; relating to: exempting farm trucks from the motor vehicle emission inspection and maintenance program.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

137,1 Section 1 . 144.42 (5) (i) of the statutes is created to read:

144.42 (5) (i) A farm truck as defined in s. 340.01 (18) (a). This paragraph does not apply after June 30, 1996.
