An Act to amend 341.26 (2) (f) of the statutes; relating to: registration of vehicles operated exclusively by a nonprofit organization as a blood bank vehicle.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
159,1 Section 1. 341.26 (2) (f) of the statutes is amended to read:
341.26 (2) (f) A motor vehicle operated exclusively by a nonprofit organization, as defined in s. 108.02 (19), as a Red Cross blood bank vehicle.
159,2 Section 2. Initial applicability.
(1) This act first applies to applications for motor vehicle registration submitted on the effective date of this subsection.
