This infobase contains the Record of Committee Proceedings for Assembly and Senate bills, joint resolutions and resolutions, as well as Executive Appointments for the Senate. It does not contain Clearinghouse Rules. The Records are organized in the following order: Special Sessions, Assembly Bills, Assembly Joint Resolutions, Assembly Resolutions, Senate Bills, Senate Joint Resolutions, Senate Resolutions, Executive Appointments and Education Appointments. Within each of these categories, the Records are in numerical order. In those cases where a proposal has both an Assembly and a Senate Record, the Assembly Record appears first.

A Record of Committee Proceedings will only be found after a committee has reported the proposal out of the committee. Use the Search pull down menu to view or print the Record(s) for a certain proposal. Also, you could search for all of the records for a particular committee.
