An Act to amend 26.08 (1) and 299.97 (1); and to create 23.15 (1m) and 299.71 of the statutes; relating to: mining for minerals on lands owned by the state and under the jurisdiction of the Department of Natural Resources, sale of lands by the Department of Natural Resources, and providing a penalty.
