To repeal assembly rule 9 (1) (bp), (i), (sc), (ve) and (vg) and assembly rule 9 (7m); to amend assembly rule 9 (1) (k), assembly rule 9 (1) (q), assembly rule 9 (1) (t), assembly rule 9 (1) (u) and assembly rule 9 (1) (w); and to create assembly rule 9 (1) (bd), assembly rule 9 (1) (hd), assembly rule 9 (1) (jm), assembly rule 9 (1) (sd), assembly rule 9 (1) (tm) and assembly rule 9 (1) (zm); relating to: establishing the assembly committee structure and names for the 2003-2004 legislative session.
