2003 WISCONSIN ACT 246
An Act to create 125.07 (3) (a) 3r. of the statutes; relating to: the prohibition against underage persons entering or being on any premises operating under an alcohol beverage license.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
246,1 Section 1. 125.07 (3) (a) 3r. of the statutes is created to read:
125.07 (3) (a) 3r. Any privately owned business that exists to provide recreational fishing opportunities to the public for a fee and that is registered under s. 95.60 (3m) if the sale of alcohol beverages accounts for less than 30 percent of the business's gross receipts.
