2005 WISCONSIN ACT 330

An Act to create 60.85 (1) (a) 5. of the statutes; relating to: expanding the purposes for which a town may create a tax incremental financing district.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

330,1 Section 1. 60.85 (1) (a) 5. of the statutes is created to read:

60.85 (1) (a) 5. 493120 - Farm product warehousing and storage, refrigerated.

330,2 Section 2. Effective date.

(1) This act takes effect on October 1, 2006.
