2005 WISCONSIN ACT 55
An Act to amend 29.563 (2) (intro.) and 29.563 (3) (intro.); and to create 29.563 (2m) and 29.563 (3m) of the statutes; relating to: resident hunting approval and fishing license fees paid by a minor child of a Wisconsin resident.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
55,1 Section 1. 29.563 (2) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
29.563 (2) Hunting approvals. (intro.) The Except as provided in sub. (2m), the fees for hunting approvals are as follows:
55,2 Section 2. 29.563 (2m) of the statutes is created to read:
29.563 (2m) Hunting approvals for certain nonresidents. The fees for hunting approvals for a 12 to 17 year-old who is not a resident and who exhibits proof that his or her parent is a resident shall be the same as the fees for hunting approvals for residents under sub. (2) (a) and (c).
55,3 Section 3. 29.563 (3) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
29.563 (3) Fishing approvals. (intro.) The Except as provided in sub. (3m), the fees for fishing approvals are as follows:
55,4 Section 4. 29.563 (3m) of the statutes is created to read:
29.563 (3m) Fishing approvals for certain nonresidents. The fees for fishing licenses for a 16 or 17 year-old who is not a resident and who exhibits proof that his or her parent is a resident shall be the same as the fees for fishing licenses for residents under sub. (3) (a).
