If the circumstances specified in this paragraph apply, the petition shall be filed or joined in within 60 days after the date on which the court assigned to exercise jurisdiction under this chapter determines, based on a finding that a circumstance specified in this paragraph applies, that reasonable efforts to make it possible for the child to return safely to his or her home are not required.

51.20 (13) (ct) 2m. 178.27 (3) Upon application by a district attorney or the attorney general, the court shall decree a dissolution if the partnership has violated s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 (2).

178.45 (1m) Upon application by a district attorney or the attorney general, a court shall revoke a foreign registered limited liability partnership's certificate of authority if the foreign registered limited liability partnership has violated s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 (2).

179.72 (2) On application by a district attorney or the attorney general, the circuit court shall order dissolution of a limited partnership, if the limited partnership has violated s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 (2).

179.86 (3) Upon application by a district attorney or the attorney general, a court shall cancel the registration of a foreign limited partnership if the foreign limited partnership has violated s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 (2).

250.04 (14) (a) Subject to the availability of funds and to par. (b), the department may provide or fund emergency services or assistance to victims of s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051.

1. If the victim is cooperating with the appropriate law enforcement agencies, from the time the victim is identified until 60 days after the disposition of the trial.

302.045 (2) (c) The inmate is incarcerated regarding a violation other than a crime specified in ch. 940 or s. 948.02, 948.025, 948.03, 948.05, 948.051, 948.055, 948.06, 948.07, 948.075, 948.08, 948.085, or 948.095.

939.46 (1m) A victim of a violation of s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 has an affirmative defense for any offense committed as a direct result of the violation of s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051 without regard to whether anyone was prosecuted or convicted for the violation of s. 940.302 (2) or 948.051.

939.615 (1) (b) 1. 939.74 (2) (d) A prosecution for a violation of s. 948.051 shall be commenced before the victim reaches the age of 24 or be barred.

940.302 Human trafficking. (1) In this section:

(a) "Commercial sex act" means sexual contact for which anything of value is given to, promised, or received, directly or indirectly, by any person.

(b) "Debt bondage" means the condition of a debtor arising from the debtor's pledge of services as a security for debt if the reasonable value of those services is not applied toward repaying the debt or if the length and nature of the services are not defined.

(c) "Services" means activities performed by one individual at the request, under the supervision, or for the benefit of another person.

(d) "Trafficking" means recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining, or attempting to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, or obtain, an individual without consent of the individual.
