2007 WISCONSIN ACT 53

An Act to repeal 905.04 (4) (e) 1. and 905.04 (4) (e) 2.; and to create 905.04 (4) (e) 2m. of the statutes; relating to: the reporting of child abuse or neglect exemption for privileged information.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

53, s. s. 1 Section 1. 905.04 (4) (e) 1. of the statutes is repealed.

53, s. s. 2 Section 2. 905.04 (4) (e) 2. of the statutes is repealed.

53, s. s. 3 Section 3. 905.04 (4) (e) 2m. of the statutes is created to read:

905.04 (4) (e) 2m. There is no privilege for information contained in a report of child abuse or neglect that is provided under s. 48.981 (3).
