The Senate met.

The Senate was called to order by President Risser.

President Risser noted that the April 2008 Special Session was called by the Governor, pursuant to Executive Order 246, relating to the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence River Basin Water Resources Compacts.

President Risser, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate adjourn until Wednesday, May 7, 2008.
