The Senate met.
The Senate was called to order by President Risser.
Senator Decker, with unanimous consent, asked that the roll call, prayer and pledge of allegiance from the March 2008 Special Session be applied to the December 2007 Special Session.

Senator Decker, with unanimous consent, asked that the December 2007 Special Sesion of the Senate adjourn pursuant to Senate Joint Resolution 1.
