To amend section 2 of article IV, section 4 (1) of article VII, section 9 of article VII, section 10 (1) of article VII and section 1 of article X; and to create section 4 (1) (c) of article VII of the constitution; relating to: fixing the size of the legislature and gubernatorial appointment of supreme court justices (first consideration).
