An Act to repeal 29.164 (1), 29.164 (2) (c) (title), 29.164 (3), 29.164 (3m), 29.164 (4), 29.179 (1) (a) 7., 29.180 (1) (a) 7., 29.183 (1) (g) and 29.553 (1) (f); to renumber and amend 29.164 (2) (c) 1., 29.164 (2) (c) 2. and 29.164 (2) (d); to amend 29.024 (6) (a) (intro.), 29.179 (4), 29.194 (1) (a), 29.559 (1) (c), 29.563 (2) (f), 29.563 (2) (g), 29.563 (14) (a) 1., 29.563 (14) (c) 3. and 29.563 (14) (c) 6.; to repeal and recreate 29.164 (2) (title) and 29.164 (2) (a); and to create 29.024 (6) (ac), 29.164 (2) (ag), 29.164 (2m) (title), 29.164 (2m) (a) 3., 29.164 (4g) and 29.164 (4r) of the statutes; relating to: wild turkey hunting approvals; the regulation of the hunting of wild turkey; and granting rule-making authority.
