An Act to amend 16.75 (1) (a) 1.; and to create 15.137 (4), 16.75 (3p) and 93.49 of the statutes; relating to: encouraging the purchase of food produced in this state, creating goals and a preference in state procurement for food produced in this state, and creating a council.
