2009 WISCONSIN ACT 124

An Act to amend 114.61 (1) (c) of the statutes; relating to: composition of the board of directors of the Wisconsin Aerospace Authority.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

124,1 Section 1. 114.61 (1) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

114.61 (1) (c) The director of the Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium or the director's designee. If the Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium ceases to exist or does not appoint a director, an additional member of the board shall be appointed under par. (a) in lieu of the member under this paragraph.
