2009 WISCONSIN ACT 256

An Act to amend 302.46 (2) of the statutes; relating to: using county jail funds for costs related to providing educational and medical services to county jail inmates.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

256, s. 1 Section 1. 302.46 (2) of the statutes is amended to read:

302.46 (2) Counties may make payments for construction, remodeling, repair or improvement of county jails and for costs related to providing educational and medical services to inmates from county jail funds.
