2009 WISCONSIN ACT 328

An Act to repeal 563.51 (13) (intro.) (except 563.51 (13) (title)); and to amend 563.51 (13) (a) and 563.51 (13) (b) of the statutes; relating to: person under age 18 playing bingo.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

328, s. 1 Section 1. 563.51 (13) (intro.) (except 563.51 (13) (title)) of the statutes is repealed.

328, s. 2 Section 2. 563.51 (13) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

563.51 (13) (a) Play any A minor may not play a bingo game conducted by a licensed organization, unless accompanied by that person's parent, guardian or spouse an adult who is a relative of the minor by blood, marriage, or adoption, or the minor's guardian, is present in the building or on the premises while the minor plays the game.

328, s. 3 Section 3. 563.51 (13) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

563.51 (13) (b) Conduct A minor may not conduct or assist in the conduct of bingo.
