(intro.); and to create 66.0137 (1) (am), 66.0137 (1) (c) and 66.0137 (5) (c) 1m. of the statutes; relating to: requiring political subdivisions to pay health insurance premiums for survivors of a law enforcement officer who dies, or has died, in the line of duty.
