SB466-AA4,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB466-AA4,1,3 1. Page 5, line 5: delete "medical" and substitute "certain".

SB466-AA4,1,4 2. Page 5, line 5: after " items." insert "1.".

SB466-AA4,1,6 3. Page 5, line 6: after "equipment" insert "or personal belongings other than furniture or appliances".

SB466-AA4,1,9 4. Page 5, line 8: delete "After that time," and substitute "If the personal property that the tenant leaves behind is furniture, the landlord shall hold the property for 2 days from the date on which the landlord discovers the property.
