2011 Senate Joint Resolution 32
ENROLLED JOINT RESOLUTION
Relating to: commending Marianne and Sheldon Lubar and family on receiving the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship presented by the Smithsonian Institution.
Whereas, Marianne and Sheldon Lubar and family have been honored in receiving the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship presented by the Smithsonian Institution; and
Whereas, the Lubars have devoted their lives to the betterment of our community through involvement with numerous civic organizations within the Greater Milwaukee area; and
Whereas, Marianne and Sheldon Lubar, through generous donations and hours of dedication to various organizations, have improved both the state of Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin System by encouraging excellence in education and tireless public service; and
Whereas, Marianne and Sheldon Lubar's integrity and tradition of good work will be felt across Wisconsin for generations to come; now, therefore, be it
Resolved by the
senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the Wisconsin legislature congratulate Marianne and Sheldon Lubar and family as the recipients of the Woodrow Wilson Award for Corporate Citizenship presented by the Smithsonian Institution on May 17, 2011.
