ENROLLED JOINT RESOLUTION
Relating to: commending Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kellner on receiving the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service presented by the Smithsonian Institution.
Whereas, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kellner have been honored by receiving the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service presented by the Smithsonian Institution; and
Whereas, Mary and Ted Kellner have devoted their lives to the betterment of public service and the advancement of knowledge through educational means; and
Whereas, Mary and Ted Kellner, through donations and hours of dedication to various organizations, have improved the state of Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin System by encouraging open communication and sharing of knowledge; and
Whereas, Mary and Ted Kellner are proven advocates for Wisconsin's youth and for educational advancement through their passion and leadership abilities; now, therefore, be it
Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the Wisconsin legislature congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Ted Kellner as the recipients of the Woodrow Wilson Award for Public Service presented by the Smithsonian Institution on May 17th, 2011.
