2013 WISCONSIN ACT 141

An Act relating to: state highway funding and making an appropriation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

141,9245 Section 9245. Fiscal changes; Transportation

(1) State highway rehabilitation. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of transportation under section 20.395 (3) (cq) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 2013, the dollar amount is increased by $43,025,700 for the first fiscal year of the fiscal biennium in which this subsection takes effect to increase funding for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.
