2013 WISCONSIN ACT 215
An Act to create 125.09 (7) of the statutes; relating to: prohibiting municipalities from providing alcohol beverages retailers with identification scanners.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
215,1 Section 1. 125.09 (7) of the statutes is created to read:
125.09 (7) Municipality providing identification scanners. No municipality may provide, to any retail licensee under this chapter, any device capable of scanning an official identification card, as defined in s. 125.085 (1) (a) and (b).
