SB1-SSA2-SA15,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB1-SSA2-SA15,1,2 21. Page 119, line 7: delete lines 7 to 10.
SB1-SSA2-SA15,1,4 32. Page 127, line 7: delete the material beginning with "Any" and ending with
4"law." on line 11.
SB1-SSA2-SA15,1,7 53. Page 127, line 22: delete lines 22 and 23 and substitute "functional values
6of wetlands shall contain proposed projects for mitigation, including a schedule for
7implementing the projects, and all federal mitigation measures, if applicable.".
SB1-SSA2-SA15,1,10 84. Page 128, line 2: after "schedule. " insert "In preparing the program, the
9applicant shall identify and consider mitigation that could be conducted within the
10same watershed in which the mining site is located.".
