2015 WISCONSIN ACT 363

An Act to create 29.193 (1m) (a) 3. of the statutes; relating to: trolling permits issued to persons whose sight is impaired.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

363,1 Section 1. 29.193 (1m) (a) 3. of the statutes is created to read:

29.193 (1m) (a) 3. Produces a certificate from a licensed physician or optometrist stating that his or her sight is impaired to the degree that he or she cannot read ordinary newspaper print with or without corrective glasses.
