AB68-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB68-AA3,1,2 1. Page 5, line 9: after "judge may" insert ", at his or her discretion,".

AB68-AA3,1,3 2. Page 5, line 9: delete "upon a showing of good cause".

AB68-AA3,1,4 3. Page 5, line 10: delete "by the district attorney".

AB68-AA3,1,5 4. Page 5, line 16: delete "shall" and substitute "may, at his or her discretion,".

AB68-AA3,1,7 5. Page 5, line 18: delete "the good cause shown under par. (a) no longer exists" and substitute "there is good cause for the termination".
