Moved by Representative August, seconded by Senator LeMahieu that the Committee issue its report on SB 300 with the following public policy statement:  The Joint Survey Committee on Tax Exemptions finds that there is appropriate public policy on the tax exemptions in SB 300.

MOTION THAT THE COMMITTEE ISSUE ITS REPORT ON SB 300 WITH THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC POLICY STATEMENT:  THE JOINT SURVEY COMMITTEE ON TAX EXEMPTIONS FINDS THAT THERE IS APPROPRIATE PUBLIC POLICY ON THE TAX EXEMPTIONS IN SB 300.  ADOPTED, Ayes 8, Noes 1
