2017 WISCONSIN ACT 117

An Act to create 757.69 (1) (bn) of the statutes; relating to: allowing court commissioners to issue search warrants for certain civil violations.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

117,1 Section 1. 757.69 (1) (bn) of the statutes is created to read:

757.69 (1) (bn) In matters involving a civil violation of s. 346.63 or of a local ordinance that conforms with s. 346.63, issue search warrants.
