AB310-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 24: after that line insert:

AB310-AA2,1,3 “ Section 4m. Fiscal changes.

AB310-AA2,1,11 (1) Emergency medical services funding increase. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of health services under section 20.435 (1) (ch) of the statutes, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2017-18 is increased by $239,800 for the purposes for which the appropriation is made. In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of health services under section 20.435 (1) (ch) of the statutes, the dollar amount for fiscal year 2018-19 is increased by $239,800 for the purposes for which the appropriation is made.

AB310-AA2,5m Section 5m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB310-AA2,2,3 (1) Emergency medical services funding increase. Section 4m (1) of this act takes effect on the day after publication, or on the 2nd day after publication of the 2017 biennial budget act, whichever is later.”.
