AB331-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB331-AA2,1,5 1. Page 4, line 4: after “petition." insert “For a 2nd petition regarding the same record, the person shall pay to the clerk of circuit court a $50 fee, and for a 3rd petition regarding the same record, the person shall pay to the clerk of circuit court a $100 fee. No person may file more than 3 petitions per record under this subd. 1. b.".
