“(10) Resident workers.
A wireless provider shall ensure that all work 4
required for the collocation of its wireless facilities or the installation or maintenance 5
of its utility poles or wireless support structures is performed by residents of this 6
7(11) In-state contractors.
In engaging contractors for projects to collocate 8
wireless facilities or install or maintain utility poles or wireless support structures, 9
a wireless provider shall ensure that no less than 85 percent of the work for each 10
project is performed by contractors whose commercial domiciles, as defined in s. 11
71.01 (1b), are in this state, as determined by the department of revenue.”.
The treatment of section 66.0414 (10) of the statutes first applies to work 2
performed in connection with contracts for collocation, installation, or maintenance 3
that are entered into, or extended, modified, or renewed on the effective date of this 4
