AB355-ASA1-AA6,1,3 1. Page 5, line 20: delete that line and substitute “occur if one of the following applies:

AB355-ASA1-AA6,1,5 1. The child had not attained the age of 6 years when the violation was committed.

AB355-ASA1-AA6,1,7 2. The child has a physical, cognitive, or developmental disability that was known or should have been known by the actor.”.
