AB3-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the engrossed bill as follows:

AB3-SA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 9: after “land" insert “ and agricultural assets".

AB3-SA2,1,5 2. Page 3, line 10: after “group." insert “For purposes of this paragraph, “agricultural assets” means facilities and property, including farm related equipment, tools, machinery, or livestock of a farmer, that are essential to farming.".

AB3-SA2,1,6 3. Page 4, line 4: after “land" insert “and agricultural assets".

AB3-SA2,1,9 4. Page 4, line 5: after “excluded." insert “For purposes of this subdivision, “agricultural assets” means facilities and property, including farm related equipment, tools, machinery, or livestock of a farmer, that are essential to farming.".
