AB4-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB4-AA2,1,2 1. Page 3, line 7: after that line insert:

AB4-AA2,1,6 “(3) Annually, the department and each housing authority shall jointly determine the housing authority's costs of compliance with sub. (2), and the department shall reimburse each housing authority for those costs from the appropriation under s. 20.855 (1) (bg).

AB4-AA2,2m Section 2m. 20.855 (1) (bg) of the statutes is created to read:

AB4-AA2,1,9 20.855 (1) (bg) Housing authority employability plans. A sum sufficient to reimburse housing authorities under s. 16.314 (3).”.
