SB281-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB281-SA3,1,3 1. Page 11, line 11: delete “member consents" and substitute “landlord and tenant consent".

SB281-SA3,1,4 2. Page 11, line 17: delete “agree" and substitute “consent in writing".

SB281-SA3,1,5 3. Page 12, line 18: delete “leased".

SB281-SA3,1,6 4. Page 12, line 21: after “to" insert “the purchaser or".

SB281-SA3,1,8 5. Page 12, line 25: after “lessee" insert “may void the lease and is entitled to the return of any deposits made under or with respect to the lease or".

SB281-SA3,2,2 6. Page 13, line 2: after “subsection." insert “If the purchaser is responsible for a project electric account charge under this subsection and, before entering into an agreement to purchase the property, the property owner failed to provide the purchaser with notice as required by this subsection, the purchaser may void the purchaser's contract with the property owner and is entitled to the return of any deposits made under the purchaser's contract.".
