One-Hundred and Third Regular Session2:01 P.M. TUESDAY, January 3, 2017
The Assembly met in the Assembly Chamber located in the State Capitol. Pursuant to Section 13.02 of the Wisconsin Statutes and Assembly Rule 5, the Assembly was called to order by the Chief Clerk of the 2015-2016 session, Patrick E. Fuller. The prayer was offered by His Most Reverend Excellency Robert Morlino, Bishop of Madison.
The Colors were presented by Company G, 2nd Battalion, 24th Marines, 4th Marine Division (Reinforced), Fleet Marine Forces Reserve.
Representatives-elect Treig Pronschinske and David Crowley led the membership in reciting the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
The 132nd United States Army Band Brass Quintet performed the national anthem, “The Star Spangled Banner”.
