AB834,1,2 1An Act to amend 446.02 (3) (b) of the statutes; relating to: the score required
2for successful completion of chiropractic examinations.

Under this bill, an applicant is required to score at least 375 on Part III of the
examination administered by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and to
score at least 375 on Part IV of that examination in order to be granted a chiropractor
license. Current law requires a score of at least 438 on Part III and at least 475 on
Part IV of that examination in order for an applicant to be granted a chiropractor
license.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB834,1 3Section 1. 446.02 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB834,1,84 446.02 (3) (b) Parts I, II, III, and IV of the examination administered by the
5National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. An applicant successfully completes
6Part III of that examination if the applicant scores at least 438 375 on that part. An
7applicant successfully completes Part IV of that examination if the applicant scores
8at least 475 375 on that part.

AB834,2,42 (1) This act first applies to an application for a license to practice as a
3chiropractor that the department of safety and professional services receives on the
4effective date of this subsection.
