SJR10,1,1 Relating to: an advisory referendum on legalization of medical marijuana.

This joint resolution calls for an advisory referendum on the question of whether Wisconsin should allow for the use of and safe access to marijuana for medical purposes by individuals with debilitating medical conditions with a written recommendation from a licensed Wisconsin physician. The referendum is to be held at the next general election occurring not sooner than 45 days after adoption of the resolution.

SJR10,1,5 Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the following question be submitted, for advisory purposes only, to the voters of this state at the next general election occurring not sooner than 45 days after adoption of this resolution:

SJR10,1,9 Question 1: “ Medical Marijuana. Should the state of Wisconsin allow individuals with debilitating medical conditions to use and safely access marijuana for medical purposes if those individuals have a written recommendation from a licensed Wisconsin physician?”
