SR2-SA3,1,9 4Senate Rule 82m. Supermajority vote for certain bills, resolutions, and
5appointments. During the period that begins on the day after the general election,
6as defined in section 5.02 (5) of the statutes, and ends on the day before the start of
7the next legislative biennial session, no house of the legislature may pass a bill, adopt
8a resolution, or confirm an appointment without the approval of two-thirds of those
9members present and voting.”.
