Moved by  that Clearinghouse Rule 17-073 be recommended for MOTION:  That the Senate  Committee on Public Benefits, Licensing and State-Federal Relations requests the Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection to consider modifications to Clearinghouse Rule 17-073; and, if the department does not provide written acceptance of the request to consider modifications, delivered to Sen. Kapenga by noon on Friday, May 31, 2019, that, pursuant to s. 227.19 (4) (d) 6., Stats., the Committee objects to Clearinghouse Rule 17-073, on the grounds that the proposed rule is arbitrary and capricious..
