The following described areas are hereby created and established as fish refuges and it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to take, disturb, catch, capture, kill or fish for fish in any manner from July 15 to October 31 each year, both dates inclusive, in, on or along the following described water areas:

NR 26.10(4)(a)(a) Bayfield hatchery outlet ditch. That part of the Bayfield Hatchery outlet ditch from the Bayfield hatchery downstream to its confluence with Pike's creek.

NR 26.10(16)(a)(a) Brule river. That part of the Brule river commonly known as the Box Car Hole, extending downstream from the Box Car Hole 100 feet and extending upstream from the Box Car Hole 100 feet, allocated in section 2, township 47 north, range 10 west.

NR 26.11(4)(a)(a) Sioux river. That part of the Sioux river commonly known as the Big Rock Hole extending downstream for a distance of 200 feet all in section 19, township 49 north, range 4 west.
NR 26.11(16) (16)Douglas county.
NR 26.11(16)(a)(a) Brule river. That part of the Brule river commonly known as Skid Mays or Mays Ledges extending from the upper falls downstream to the upstream end of the island, all located in section 15, township 48 north, range 10 west.

NR 26.12(4)(a)(a) Eau Claire Chain of Lakes. That part of the Eau Claire river system connecting the Eau Claire Chain of Lakes in Barnes township.

NR 26.12(59)(a)(a) Wolf river. That part of the Wolf river located in the SW ¼, section 36, township 27 north, range 15 east starting at the Shawano Paper Mill dam and extending downstream to the Shawano county highway M bridge.

NR 26.13(15)(c) (c) That portion of the Sturgeon Bay ship canal within 500 feet of Strawberry creek in the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ , section 16, township 22 north, range 26 east.

The following areas are hereby created and established as fish refuges and no person may take, disturb, catch, capture, kill or fish for fish in any manner from the first Saturday in September to October 15, both dates inclusive, in, on or along the following described areas:
NR 26.14(9) (9)Chippewa county. That part of the Chippewa river from a point beginning 1,000 feet below the Jim Falls dam located in section 20, township 30 north, range 7 west, and extending downstream to the new CTH Y bridge in section 30, township 30 north, range 7 west.

NR 26.16(7)(a)(a) Clam river. That part of the Clam river beginning at the dam located in section 26, township 39 north, range 16 west, commonly known as the Clam lake dam, and extending downstream for a distance of 300 feet.

NR 26.16(57)(a)(a) Chief river. That part of the Chief river beginning at a point 200 feet upstream from the county trunk highway B bridge and extending upstream to the dam at the outlet of Callahan lake, all in sections 34 and 35, township 41 north, range 7 west.
NR 26.16(57)(b) (b) Chippewa river. Beginning at the gate of the reservoir dam known as the Winter dam in government lots 1 and 9 in section 2, township 39 north, range 6 west, and extending downstream 1,000 feet.
NR 26.16(57)(c) (c) Whitefish creek. The entire length of Whitefish creek from Whitefish lake to Lac Courte Oreilles, all lying in sections 11 and 12, township 39 north, range 9 west.

NR 26.19(64)(a)(a) Helen creek. The entire length of stream from the point it enters Mamie lake in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼, section 20, township 43 north, range 9 east upstream to the stream source in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ , section 31, township 43 north, range 9 east.
NR 26.19(64)(b) (b) Spring creek. That part of Spring creek from the point it enters Mamie lake in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ , section 21, township 43 north, range 9 east upstream to the Spring lake outlet in the NE ¼ of the NW ¼, section 27, township 43 north, range 9 east.
NR 26.19(64)(c) (c) Big Arbor Vitae lake. That part of Big Arbor Vitae lake beginning at the lake outlet in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼, section 30, township 40 north, range 7 east, extending downstream for a distance of 500 feet.
NR 26.19(64)(d) (d) Little Arbor Vitae lake outlet. That part of Little Arbor Vitae lake outlet beginning at the Little Arbor Vitae lake dam in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼, section 33, township 40 north, range 7 east extending downstream to Carrol lake, except unnamed lakes in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼, section 33, township 40 north, range 7 east.

NR 26.20(44)(b) (b) Pelican river. That part of the Pelican river below the 5th lake dam of the Moen lake chain in the SE ¼, section 4, township 36 north, range 10 east and extending downstream from the said dam for a distance of 500 feet.
NR 26.20(44)(c) (c) Little Rice creek. That part of Little Rice creek below the Oneida lake dam in the NE ¼ of the NE ¼ , section 8 extending downstream to Hancock lake.
