NR 45.13(13m)(m) (m) No person may engage in careless or reckless behavior that may endanger the safety of themselves, other persons, or any property.
NR 45.13(13m)(n) (n) No person under 18 years of age shall be present on the range unless accompanied by an adult or unless the person is at least 14 years of age and in possession of a valid certificate of accomplishment issued under s. 29.591, Stats.
NR 45.13(13m)(o) (o) This section does not apply to training activities conducted by a law enforcement agency.
NR 45.13(14) (14)Brule river state forest.
NR 45.13(14)(a)(a) On department-owned or managed lands on the Brule river in the Brule River state forest, boats or other watercraft may only be launched or removed at the following designated launching sites:

NR 45.13(14)(b) (b) No person may possess any of the following containers on the Brule river within watercraft launched from or removed at designated launching sites specified in par. (a) on the Brule river state forest:
NR 45.13(14)(b)1. 1. Glass bottles.
NR 45.13(14)(b)2. 2. Unopened or empty beverage containers that are not secured in a larger container that is fastened to the watercraft.
NR 45.13(14m) (14m)Flambeau River state forest. No person may possess glass bottles within the Flambeau River state forest boundary at Little Falls-Slough Gundy scenic area or within watercraft launched or removed from designated launching sites on the Flambeau river.
NR 45.13(15) (15)Havenwoods state forest preserve. The following rules and regulations are established for the use of the Havenwoods state forest preserve in Milwaukee county.
NR 45.13(15)(a) (a) No person may drink or possess any intoxicating liquor or fermented malt beverage.
NR 45.13(15)(b) (b) Pets are prohibited in areas designated by posted notice.
NR 45.13(15)(c) (c) No person may enter or be within the exterior boundaries of the Havenwoods state forest preserve between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except when participating in an activity approved in advance by the property superintendent.
NR 45.13(15)(d) (d) No person may take, catch, kill, or remove any animal or pick, collect, or remove any plant or part thereof, without a written permit issued by the property superintendent.
NR 45.13(15)(e) (e) No person may launch or land any powered model aircraft unless done in accordance with the terms and conditions of a permit first obtained from the property superintendent.
NR 45.13(16) (16)Kettle moraine state forest, southern unit. The following rules and regulations are established for the use of the McMiller Sports Center in the southern unit Kettle Moraine state forest when operated by the department:
NR 45.13(16)(a) (a) No person under 16 years of age shall be present on the range unless accompanied by an adult or in possession of a valid department hunters safety certificate.
NR 45.13(16)(b) (b) Guns shall be unloaded and encased within a carrying case except when a person is on the firing line.
NR 45.13(16)(c) (c) Guns shall be pointed down range at all times while on the firing line and gun actions shall be open except when actually in position at firing line.
NR 45.13(16)(d) (d) No person shall leave a loaded gun unattended at any time.
NR 45.13(16)(e) (e) No portion of a person's body may be permitted in advance of the firing line except during cease fires called by range officer to check targets.
NR 45.13(16)(f) (f) Any person who observes an unsafe condition or practice on the range is authorized to call for a cease fire.
NR 45.13(16)(g) (g) There shall be a cease fire on all ranges as called for by range officer to check targets.
NR 45.13(16)(h) (h) No breakable targets are allowed on any range; targets shall be picked up on all ranges including the plinking range. This rule does not apply to the shotgun trap range.
NR 45.13(16)(i) (i) All spent and live shells shall be picked up by the shooters.
NR 45.13(16)(j) (j) Only rim fire ammunition shall be permitted on the plinking range.
NR 45.13(16)(k) (k) No minors with handguns may be permitted unless supervised by a parent or guardian or person at least 18 years of age appointed by parent or guardian.
NR 45.13(16)(L) (L) Weapons deemed to be unsafe by range officer may not be permitted on the range at any time.
NR 45.13(16)(m) (m) Single load only permitted on all ranges except pistol range and fully automatic fire is prohibited.
NR 45.13(16)(n) (n) Violation of any shooting range regulation is cause for dismissal from the range.
NR 45.13(16)(o) (o) The possession or consumption of malt, fermented or alcoholic beverages is prohibited within the center during the hours the shooting range is open to the public. These hours are posted at the center.
NR 45.13(16)(p) (p) No person may be admitted inside the fenced area of the firing line on any range, except the shotgun trap range, without payment of the appropriate fee. On the shotgun trap range one puller per trap who does not shoot may be allowed in free.
NR 45.13(17) (17)Richard bong state recreation area.
NR 45.13(17)(a)(a) Definition. "Richard Bong state recreation area" means that portion of township 2 north, range 20 east, town of Brighton, Kenosha county posted with department markers or signs.
NR 45.13(17)(a)1. 1. `Hunting zone.' All that portion of the Richard Bong state recreation area except that portion described in subd. 3.
NR 45.13(17)(a)2. 2. `Special use zone.' All that portion of the Richard Bong state recreation area lying south of state highway 142 posted with department markers or signs.
NR 45.13(17)(a)3. 3. `Intensive use zone.' All that portion of the Richard Bong state recreation area posted with department markers or signs.
NR 45.13(17)(b) (b) Special use zone.
NR 45.13(17)(b)1.1. Reservations are restricted to groups of 25 or more individuals.
NR 45.13(17)(b)2. 2. Reservations shall be submitted on department forms and will be accepted no more than one year and not less than 10 days in advance of the requested date. The forms are available at the Richard Bong state recreation area headquarters.
NR 45.13(17)(b)3. 3. Reservations may be made at the Richard Bong headquarters in person or by mail.
NR 45.13(17)(b)4. 4. Reservations shall be approved subject to the special use zone calendar under par. (c).
NR 45.13(17)(b)5. 5. Reservations shall be accepted and made on a first-come, first-served basis consistent with the special use zone calendar.
NR 45.13(17)(c) (c) Special use zone calendar. The department shall establish and maintain an annual calendar of use for the recreational uses listed par. (d) recognizing the priority of special uses designated in this section for the dates indicated.
NR 45.13(17)(d) (d) Permitted recreational uses.

NR 45.13(17)(e) (e) Picnics and camping. Picnicking and camping incidental to a use in par. (d) is authorized if indicated as such in the permit.
NR 45.13(17)(f) (f) Priority activities. The following uses shall have priority on a first-come, first-served basis over all other uses during the period indicated:
NR 45.13(17)(f)1. 1. Horse activities, model aircraft flying, dog training on foot, retriever trials, falconry, land sailing, hang gliding, snowmobiling, trail biking and hot air ballooning:
NR 45.13(17)(f)1.a. a. The weekends of June and July,
NR 45.13(17)(f)1.b. b. The first 3 weekends of January, February and August and weekends in December following the close of pheasant season,
NR 45.13(17)(f)1.c. c. The 3-day Memorial Day weekend.
NR 45.13(17)(f)2. 2. Dog trials, dog training and model aircraft flying:
NR 45.13(17)(f)2.a. a. Weekends in March, April, May (except Memorial Day weekend) and September,
NR 45.13(17)(f)2.b. b. Labor Day,
