REEB 26.01 REEB 26.01 Authority. The rules in this chapter are adopted pursuant to ss. 227.11 (2), 452.07 and 452.12 (6), Stats.

REEB 26.02 REEB 26.02 Inactive licensees prohibited to practice real estate.
REEB 26.02(1)(1) An inactive licensee may not engage in any conduct which requires a license under ch. 452, Stats.
REEB 26.02(2) (2) Inactive licensees are not considered to be licensees within the meaning of s. 452.01 (5), Stats.
REEB 26.02(3) (3) Inactive licensees may be investigated and disciplined for conduct which occurred when the licensee held an active license.

REEB 26.03 REEB 26.03 Reinstatement of active license. An inactive licensee may be reinstated to active licensure by satisfaction of the requirements in s. REEB 12.04, except that the licensee shall pay the fee specified in s. 440.08, Stats., and the board may not require the licensee to pay a late renewal penalty fee.
