AN ORDER to repeal PSC 113.90 (8), 113.94 (3), 113.95 (5) and 113.96; to renumber and amend PSC 113.92 (6); to amend PSC 113(2), 113.90 (5), (6), (9), (13) and (14), 113.91 (3) and (4), 113.92 (1), (2), (3) and (5), 113.94 (1) (a) and (2) (a) and 113.95 (title), (1), (2) and (3) (a) to (d); to repeal and recreate PSC 113.93 and 113.96; and to create PSC 113.90 (1m) and 113.92 (2) (a) and (b) and (6), relating to building and paying for electric distribution service extensions.
