AN ORDER to repeal ILHR 132.001 (1) (title) and (2), 140.15, 140and 140.19 (1) (a) and (b); to renumber ILHR 132.001 (1); to renumber and amend ILHR 100.02 (30), 140.07, 140.08, 140.09, 140.10, 140.12, 140.125, 140.13, 140.14, 140.18, 140.19 and (title), 140.20 and 140.21; to amend ILHR 140.001 (4), 140(title) and (1), 140.03, 140.04 (title), 140.05, 140.06 and 140.19; to repeal and recreate ILHR 140.01 (2), 140.02, 140.04, 140.06 (4) and 140.11; and to create ILHR 140.05 (4), 140.07 and 140.20 (3), relating to unemployment insurance appeal rights and procedures.
