AN ORDER to repeal DOC 308.04 (11); to renumber DOC 308.03 (1) and (4); to renumber and amend DOC 308.03 (2), (3) and (6) and 308(5) to (10); to amend DOC 308.01, 308.03 (2), 308.04 (1), (2) (a), (3), (4) (intro.), (a) to (d), (e) (intro.) and 1. to 7. and (12); to repeal and recreate DOC 308.03 (5), 308.04 (2) (b) and (c) and 308.04 (4) (e) 4. and (8); and to create DOC 308.03 (4), (6), (8) and (9) and 308.04 (2) (d) and (5), relating to the administrative confinement of inmates.
