AN ORDER to repeal DWD 290.17; to renumber chapter ILHR 290 and DWD 290.03 and 290.12; to amend chapter DWD 290 (title) and DWD 290(2), (6), (7), (16) and (19), 290.03 (title), 290.08 (title) and 290.155; to repeal and recreate DWD 290.01 (15), 290.015 and 290.10; and to create DWD 290.001, 290.01 (20) to (22), 290.025, 290.03 (2) and (3), 290.035, 290.08 (4) and 290.12 (2), relating to the determination of prevailing wage rates for workers employed on state or local public works projects.
