AN ORDER to repeal chapters PC 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7; to amend DWD 218.02 (9), 218.03 (6), 219.05 (2) and (3), 218.06 (1), 218.12 (1) and (2), 218.14 (2), 218.15 (1), 218.17, 220.04 (7), 220.05 (2), 220.07 (1), 220.12 (2), 220.15 (1), 220.18 (2), 220.20, 221.03 (6), 221.04 (2), 221.14 (1) and (2), 221.17 (2), 225.01 (1) (f) and (L), 225.06 (4), 225.09 (1), 225.10 (1) and (3), 225.14 (1) and 225.16 (1); to repeal and recreate DWD 225.06 (4) (title) and 225.09 (2); and to create DWD 218.02 (2m), 218.06 (3), 218.24, 220.07 (2), chapter DWD 224, 225.061 and 225.23, relating to the transfer of personnel commission responsibilities to the equal rights division and other revisions to civil rights rules.
