AN ORDER to repeal chapter ER 4 and 8.03, 18.02 (2) (b) 2., a. and b., 29.03 (2m) and (6) (a), 34.05 (4) to (8) and Note, 44.03 (2) (b) and (c), 44.07 (2) (a) and 44.08; to amend ER 3.03 (4), 10.02 (4), 18.02 (2) (b) 2m. and 6., (3) (c) 3. and (5) (b) and (c), 18.03 (5) (a), 18.04 (4) (d), 18.11, 18.15 (1) (c), (2) (b) 1., 2., 3. and 5. and (3) (b) 1., 29.01 (title), 29.03 (1) and (6) (am) and (b), 34.05 (intro.) and 44.03 (1) and (2) (a); and to create 18.15 (4g), 18.17 and 29.01 (4), relating to the references to the compensation plan, day care providers, the entry professional program, paid leave to vote, continuous service, reinstatement, sick leave credit restoration, annual leave schedules, annual leave options, personal holidays, catastrophic leave, paid leave for bone marrow or organ donation, project compensation, hiring above the minimum, and supervisor training.
